This policy describes how AC Beauty Swiss processes personal data collected through the website, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Data collected: when you fill in a form (become a partner, brand proposal, contact) we collect the details you enter, such as name, company or salon, address, email, phone and message.

Purpose: we use this data only to answer your request and, for salons, so that the agent for your region can contact you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Retention: requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and then deleted, unless the law requires otherwise.

Cookies: the website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools. YouTube or Vimeo videos load only when you press play.

Your rights: you can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data by writing to the address on the Contact page.
